Edwards Group is the upper boundary of the Trinity Aquifer.   The geologic layers below the Edwards that form the Trinity Aquifer are the following: Upper Glen Rose, Lower Glen Rose, Hensel Sand, Cow Creek Limestone, and Hammet Shale.
